Guarantee:Uranustar offers 2 years warranty period to its customers as well as a loyalty pledge not to compete with its business partners - a commitment seldom entered into by OEM manufacturers. Its well-trained technical support staff and sales professional are dedicated to provide service to its customers that exceed their expectations

Quality Control:With the ISO Qulified Certification, Uranustar’s products are exporting to Europe/Australia/South Africa/South Amerina and Latin American marketing etc. This includes a comprehensive quality control (QC) program with online QC staff to ensure that all our products are defect-free; spectrodensitometer to check printout toner density and background contrast; gear checking device to test the smoothness of toner cartridge's gear as well as seal stripe pulling device to check the force for pulling cartridge seal stripe. These devices have proved to be a reliable gauge on the quality and performance standard of ISO9001:2000.

Payment Term:

a). T/T in advance for the first order

b). 30% in advance for preparing goods and 70% before delivery for the next orders.

b). L/C is available for the next order amount more than US$30,000 only.

Packaging:

a). All our price list are based on Generic packaging box(without any Logo and Brand)

b). Uranustar Packaging for inkjet cartridge, toner cartridge, refill kit etc.

c). Your own Branded Boxes: Uranustar is able to help you to print your own Branded boxes for inkjet cartridges and refill kit at US$0.08/pcs; US$0.6/pcs for small toners and US$1.2/pcs for bigger toner cartridges.MOQ for the printing is: 2,000pcs/item.

Shipping Term:

a). Our delivery term is EX-Works, FOB/C&F also can be arranged according to customers’ requirements. We have Strong Logistic Team which can support you for the whole shipping.

b). Normal orders will be shipped out within 7-10 working days after the payment.

Return Policy:

We guarantee that every cartridge will be free of defects of workmanship or raw materials and that it meets or exceed OEM specifications. If the defects are caused by manufacturing, we will replace new cartridges for you.

Note: We only accept products back for an exchange for 1 year after the purchase was made. Only products purchased from us can be returned for an exchange and unopened products must be in sellable condition.
